All on-hired employees and contractors are thoroughly screened prior to selection, with at least two professional reference checks conducted on every placed candidate.  Skills, qualifications and work rights are verified, and where a position requires strong administration or mechanical reasoning abilities, we incorporate standardised testing into the recruitment process.

Bayside Group's OHS team forms an integral part of our recruitment service, working with employers to minimise workplace risk and conducting regular site assessments.  Our on-hired employees have relevant insurance coverage and undertake an induction aligned with our OHS policies and procedures.
